Produlogi works on that layer. We are a UX × AI studio based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, working with teams worldwide. We bring an extensive UX/UI background to AI products that have to hold up in front of real users, and we test and build AI experiences ourselves so our advice comes from shipping.

Engagement formats

All four tracks use the same three formats, so you can start small and grow the work once you trust it.

Clarity session

A 90-minute working session on one problem. You get a written summary of what we found and what to do next. Use it to pressure-test a plan before you fund it, or to choose a track.

Sprint

A fixed-scope engagement of one to three weeks. Every sprint ends in a named artefact, such as a use-case scorecard, an AI PRD with an eval plan, a tested prototype, a research report or an automation blueprint.

Fractional

A monthly retainer. Marcus joins your team as a fractional AI product manager or design lead, sits in your rituals and owns agreed outcomes.

Working across time zones

• Base: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Time (MYT, UTC+8, no daylight saving).
• Asia-Pacific: we share most of the working day.
• UK and Europe: our afternoon overlaps your morning for a few hours.
• The Americas: overlap is thin, so we fix one regular call slot at the edge of both working days.
• Async first: work lives in Figma, Notion or a shared doc. You get a written or short video update each week and one live call.

The craft standard

AI makes an average first draft free. Our work starts after that draft. On every track we hold three lines:

1. Every AI state gets designed, including loading, low confidence, wrong answers and the path back to a person.
2. A real user sees the work before it ships, and someone who did not make it critiques it.
3. Numbers on a slide come with a source. Where we have no data, we label the sample as a sample.
